Sierra Wireless is set to display numerous latest laptop adapters, EVDO, HSDPA and USB- WWAN, at the CTIA Wireless gathering. As far as EVDO, card for Sprint subscribers, is concerned, it will enable purchasers to obtain 400 to 700 kb/s and even up to 2 Mb/s, whereas, Aircard 875 for Cingular’s HSDPA system will move at 1.8 Mb/s. Release of EVDO is expected earlier than HSDPA, which is expected by next year and the service will cost around $50 to $80 every month.
