Macraigor has decided to use low-cost USB-interfaced JTAG debug tool to provide support for the Freescale ColdFire and DSP 56300 processor and make access to their on-chip debugging features. The usb2Sprite hooks on through USB 2.0 to the development system and gives support of hi-speed USB data rates of up to 480 Mbits/sec.
The USB2Sprite embedded debug tool, with support for Freescale’s ColdFire processors and DSP 56300, is available at $225.
